I was delighted to be able to create a cake to help a dear friend celebrate her mother’s 90th birthday this week.

Unfortunately, my sugar floristry skills aren’t quite up to a giant standing arrangement, so the large daffodils are silk flowers (although you can see my sugar examples on the board), but everything else is entirely edible and deliciously chocolaty…
