A surprise cake for my brother’s birthday with the logo of his favorite football team.
The topper is fondant gumpaste over cardboard and all the details were cut by hand…a lovely present to keep. I also tried the “Clark Family Chocolate Cake Recipe”- Issue 5.11 / November 2016 of CakesDecor Gazette from our dear June (“Clarky’s Cakes”) and it was more than delicious, combined it with chocolate ganache (need to try her icing recipe another time!).
