When Elisabete invited me to join, I knew that I wanted my children to pick the sport, so I ended up going with my son’s favorite pass time at the moment, SKATEBOARDING. He sketched a cake for me, we googled some pictures and I went for it! This is the cake I made; a vanilla cake with raspberry compote buttercream filling decorated with Satin Ice fondant.
