This was my entry in the Irish Sugarcraft Show and I was delighted to get a gold award for him. I really enjoyed making him, the head is cake, the arms are rkt and the hands are modelling chocolate. All covered in IceWise white sugarpaste and then airbrushed and glazed with confectioner varnish. Had a wonderful weekend at the show meeting old friends and making new ones. It’s a wonderful cake world we have 😀
