Chocolate Magic Show collaboration between me and Daniel Diéguez who masterminded this amazing chocolate mural concept see below the whole thing for Cakes International last weekend at NECBirmingham . I Handpainted all the animals onto white chocolate I first tempered, then cut out my animals before painting with edible colours and cocoa butter. Daniel created the incredible country scene around the animals, all in Callebaut dark chocolate and used chocolate colours. The public enjoyed eating it afterwards. Hahaha. The brown hare was taken to put on show at The British Sugarcraft Guild what an honour.

I thoroughly enjoyed teaching myself (with the help of you tube videos) how to temper chocolate. And it’s fun to paint on too.
