The ‘Carnival Cakers collaboration’ is composed by 92 sugar artists from all over the world. The 2017 theme was ‘Venetian style carnival’. You can find all the amazing contributions on the Carnival Cakers Facebook page.

My contribution is a painting with cocoa butter which is the focal point of my piece. I then added a very simple mask nearly to create a bust.
