my name is Ghada Elsehemy, Egyptian/Canadian cake decorator, owner of Tortaya cakes and sweets and a cake event planner. I’ve always enjoyed baking but it wasn’t till 5 years ago when I started decorating cakes. I teach baking classes and cake decoration for kids. I was honoured to be one of the organizers in the first cake event ever in Egypt and was featured in some of the magazines and newsletter in Egypt, Canada and America.
