Was asked by my client to specifically use silk flowers for her cake as she lives in Australia and she was coming back to South Africa to get married and wanted to take the flowers back with her. Most people choose fresh flowers or sugar paste, but I have to admit, using silk means you can keep them forever! What do you think?
