Minnie Mouse inspired cake for my sweet great niece. 💕

First i have planed to create a one tier cake with 2D Minnie Mouse but then i have changed my mind before covered the cake with fondant. Very very last minute!! That’s me! Just crazy!! (That’s the reason i can’t take orders which don’t give me free reign over the designs. Sure i need some informations to create a cake but i also need the freedom of an artist to create something special and unique.) I have only one ganached cake ready. And it was very late to bake another cake, so i just cut a dummy for the middle tier.

After about 3 hours of changing my mind the cake was ready for the party. I’m very pleased with the outcome. Simple yet very sweet design.

It was so fun to make all the sweet treats and to set up this display.
