I made this cake as part of the winter/Christmas display exhibit for PBSS at Cake International. Each of us had to follow a particular tutorial and mine was the poinsettia, adapted to fit in with the theme. It was a fabulous experience which I really enjoyed being a part of. I’ve been asked a few times about the colour on this cake which started out as plain white and was airbrushed with a mix of dark blue, Violet and a touch of black sugarflair airbrush colours. I loved this cake and I hope you do too 😊
