Made this for my great-nieces. One of them is 1 and the other is 2 yrs old and had a combined birthday. Unfortunately I woke up with a terrible migraine (on top of having a cold) and was not able to attend the party. Didn’t even get a decent picture of the cake. Good thing my niece took this one at the party. The 1 & 2 are gumpaste and have a candle inside. The tiara is gumpaste using two different molds. Top tier is brown sugar cake filled with caramelized apples and brown sugar smbc with a hit of cinnamon. Bottom is chocolate cake, filled with a layer of passion fruit smbc and chocolate ganache frosted with a mix of ganache & smbc. Covered in white chocolate homemade MMF.

Thanks Anna. The migraine has subsided somewhat. Haven’t been sleeping due to the cold so it didn’t help. Hopefully I can get some sleep and rest.

The cake looks lovely and trust me the flavors just sound yum yum yum caramalized apples ..really and cinnamon. ..I’m drooling … I thinking of my favourite dessert the one and only " The Apple Pie" lol
