Here’s a two tiered cake I made for my husband for his birthday , he loves his vegetables and doesn’t like cake ;) I used moulds from way beyond cakes by mayen which are wonderful and such a time saver as I had nearly 300 asparagus to make for this cake. There’s also a tutorial by Sweetapolita .
The cake is a lovely rich chocolate sponge with chocoalte fudge buttercream and salted caramel sauce .dark chocolate ganache and fudge piece .
