Hi everyone,

This is the first cake I made at the bakery I recently started a very exciting collaboration with, Pandolce.
It’s a small sponge cake filled with pastry cream and covered with chocolate ganache.
Design was choosed by the client but luckily he accepted some changes i suggested and this is what we came up with. I hope you’ll like it, thanks for peeking ;-)
