My littlest niece turned two today, and since my one little nephew was so traumatised by us cutting up and eating his second birthday Nemo-themed cake a couple of years ago that he never watched the movie again, I decided that rather than make the whole cake look like her dolly – I’d make just the topper instead, with RKT and sugar paste.
I didn’t get quite the right green, or pink, and the dolly needed to be chubbier, but it was cute over all.

Its a vanilla cake filled with caramel and covered with strawberry buttercream, decorated in the pink, green and white colour scheme of her precious dolly.
Unfortunately we didn’t get to celebrate with her, but I think she liked it. :)
