This was my enter at the international class at CI this year.
This cake is my homage to the great Portuguese Fado singer Amália Rodrigues and won a Silver Award in the class International (even though the taxi driver have broken the guitar arm when we arrive to the event…).
The Portuguese traditional stone pavement took me countless hours to make but I’m quite happy with the result. Hope you like it too. <3
