Another tick off my bucket list-Whipped cream ruffles both horizontal and vertical with a gold sequins middle tier and golden roses to complete the wedding cake .Handmade fondant cut outs and that too hundreds of hundreds ….ouch ouch !!Roses are gumpaste. I was a bit skeptical as to how I would combine it all and tried vertical cream piping first time. But,I think it turned out well.

Last year most of my wedding cakes were pink hues this year white and gold rules but every design given has been challenging and helped me grow as an artist too .
