Nosferatu
Modeling chocolate sculpted bust of the silent movie classic vampire Nosferatu. Handpainted and airbrushed wood grain board with a cake base in which the rice cereal treat and modeling chocolate bust rests upon. Clothing is fondant colored with dusts and face is all modeling chocolate painted with cocoa butter paints. I really wanted to convey the subtlety of the character and to just have him speak through his expression or lack thereof. To quote, “the eyes are the window to the soul” and I feel his eyes speak volumes!
