my favourite piece to date – made as my competition entry to Cake International in April of 2016. not only was it awarded 1st prize in its class , but also overall best in show too! – its al cake and modelling chocolate – with hair made of Rice noodles – each one but in with tweezers.

This is one of the most amazing pieces of sugar art that I’ve ever seen! Not only does it look exactly like Einstein, but the use of vermicelli for the hair is genius! Congratulations on the huge win! It could not have been otherwise!
