Fawkes - Hogwarts Challenge Cake

My cake for the Hogwarts Challenge cake collaboration was Fawkes the phoenix. I liked the colours and idea of the phoenix and the challenge of doing a larger 3d cake than I have tried in the past. All cake bar the legs.
