This was a cake made for a lady who turned 80, and was having a party to celebrate. The brief was to use a wide band of jute, and decorate with pastel flowers.

I was still waiting for my sugarpaste to arrive, which is why the board is not covered. After covering the cake I had about 100g left. Phew!.
