My first three tier cake! This was made for a Scottish groom and an Irish bride who married in an Italian lemon grove.

The toppers are made from modelling chocolate and printed wafer paper. The middle tier is hand painted with airbrush colours and the lemon slices were made in a cane from modelling chocolate.
