Mixed Texture Cake

Mixed Texture Cake

Three different texture techniques used for this wedding cake. The original design was by Cakes 2 Cupcakes….the bride wanted an exact duplication. I felt awful doing that but she was insistent on it. I am curious how others handle this situation with a customer?
