In the spirit of Star Trek I decided to boldly go where I have never been with my FIRST sculpture. It was fun, frustrating but in the end most rewarding. I dropped the poor guy a couple times while working on the face so I got some extra practice in – Lol I am very happy with how he turned out. This guy traveled to Las Vegas for the 50th Anniversary Star Trek celebration produced by Roddenberry and is on display this week. He is made from modeling chocolate, fondant and the body is RKT. The necklace is gum paste. The jewels are painted with corn syrup for shine.
I hope you enjoy.
