Hi! I would like to share one of my favorite cakes. I made this cake two years ago for a competition at “The Cake Show 2014” in Bologna (Italy) in the category “Spectacular Cakes” on the myths and stereotypes of Italy. I chose as the theme “coffee”, showing the fact that for us Italians is not just a drink but make coffee for loved ones is an act of love! It was a very exciting experience, the cake was damaged during transport, the moka was broken :( but fortunately before delivery and I had the time to fix it and I won the first prize! :)
