My daughter is very fond of animals and flowers n when we visited the florist this rare blue orchid caught my eye ( second picture ).I fell in love with the hues ,tried one sugar flower and airbrushed it to get the exact shades . Inspiration comes from all around us -and so the next day I made this fresh mango cake in the same colour palette as the orchid .
