WHOOOOO’s turning one? Brianna is! And we loved her owl theme, with pink & purple color scheme.

The bottom tier is Red Velvet with Almond Amaretto filling & White chocolate buttercream rosettes icing. The middle tier is Pecan Praline cake with Salted Caramel buttercream filling, & features a fun 2-toned petal technique, from Violet Tran’s tutorial. (I have NO idea how she got hers so perfect! Mine sucked & were all over the road! LOL! I need practice on that! I just had to remind myself the client wouldn’t notice.) The top tier is Caramel Apple, with chocolate fondant tree. The owl topper is rice krispy treats, modeling chocolate, & fondant.
