I made this pretty cake for my son’s best friend’s wedding. It was such a priviledge for me to be able to make such a lovely couple’s cake dream come true. The bride was so easy to work with. She had a rough vision in mind, lace/texture on all tiers but had to be white on white.

The second request was flowers in shades of violet, pale pink and white. What a dream bride!!!

They wanted all three tiers to be rich dark chocolate with a whipped white raspberry ganache and stripe of raspberry jam. I was lucky enough to be able to enjoy the wedding and even get a taste of the cake too!!!
