Drip cake

Today is my great-nephew’s 16th birthday but I can’t seem to motivate myself to decorate a cake. So a nice easy drip cake it is. Chocolate gateau filled with cherries and mascarpone with chocolate ganache drip.

Thanks everyone. @ Karen, this one really is delicious. I don’t like to make the same recipes over & over but this one I’ve made a few times already.
