A pretty in pink first birthday cake based on my most popular cake design, that has been recreated by many talented bakers around the world.

My clients loved that cake, but didn’t need one as large, plus budget was a big factor, so we incorporated the buttercream rosettes to fit it to their needs. They wanted the exact same color of pink, so we used that on the top tier & placed the ‘bubbling’ pearls on it. They were placing a tiara on top at the party.

Top tier is Strawberry Fields Forever, & bottom tier is White Velvet cake with Strawberry White Chocolate buttercream filling. White chocolate ombre pink rosettes.
