A “tie dye” cake for a theme party. Everyone was dressed in tie dye T-shirts . It had to be colorful, happy and bright but elegant as for a lady in her thirties . It was a cocoa sponge with caramel syrup , cheese cream filling and fresh pineapples on the inside. The cake fit in the big picture like a hand in a glove :-)
