Hi everyone!!
This is the cake I presented at Birmingham Cake International this past weekend, Class J (Decorative Exhibit).
I went from Barcelona, and the plane travel was a disaster. I had to stay up all night repairing it because it got broken into a thousand pieces.
Although…I am very happy because all that effort was worth it! I won a Gold Award, First Prize in class J and Best in Show!!!!!!

It was a big surprise, I almost cried! haha

I saw you next to me when I was setting my cake up on Friday and thought your exhibit was the most amazing piece I’d ever seen! It was so flawless and immaculate and I knew straight away you’d win Best In Show with her. So very well deserved and even happier for you knowing you had such a rough time getting it there and fixed. Massive congratulations!!! :-D
