First you must know that our family is hard core Georgia Bulldog fans so when my 14 year old daughter asked for an Alabama Birthday cake we were shocked. Must be those rebellious teenage years. The bottom tier and elephant’s head is all cake..she wanted triple chocolate cake with layers of ganache and salted caramel buttecream.
