A birthday cake for a lady who is a huge Harry Potter fan (like myself, so I really enjoyed making this one). This cake was inspired by an original design by Naomi of Tea Party Cakes. The cake consisted of a bottom tier of chocolate mud cake with milk chocolate buttercream and ganache, topped with a tier of Cinnamon spiced apple sponge, with toffee apple butter cream and layers of caramel.
