This is my contribution to the international Red Roses – Valentine’s Day 2016 collaboration hosted by Tracie of SpecialT Cakes. Thank you so much Tracie for including me. It was such a pleasure to work with all of you guys.

I have chosen one of my favourite love movie Romeo & Juliet from 1996 – Baz Luhrmann. As like the most beautiful love stories this one was also with no happy end!!

For this cake i went a step further and have tried something new – you can see through the middle tier!! The roses is made from Chinese spring roll sheets/wrappers. Love working with this edible material.
