This was quite a challenge! It was made for a local catering shop in celebration of their new ownership and was a replica of the beautiful Victorian building they occupy. Over 40 hours in the making (OMG, those windows…) it was a big one, standing 9" tall, 18" long and 14" wide. The signage and shop windows were hand painted and each window (all 22 of them!) was paned and framed with an extruder gun. It was made entirely from layered vanilla cake, buttercream and sugarpaste. 100% edible :)
