This was a Couture~Fashion creation for American Cake Decorating magazine’s Jan/Feb exclusive trend issue. For this piece, I wanted to convey both the romantic and edgy vibe of the apparel that I used for inspiration.

Although this couture~fashion wedding cake design would suit any wedding celebration; the lush red roses signifying passion, desire and above all, love; would be particularly fitting for a February (Valentine’s Day) wedding.
