Hello everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a glorious New Year celebration.
Was so busy with so many activities, I hardly had time to get into the site and see all your beautiful creations.
Just finished my first cake of the new year! Another cake for “El Dia de los Reyes”, Three Kings or Three Wise Men’s Day celebrated in Puerto Rico and some Latin American and European Countries. Celebrated on January 6, this is the biggest day of the Christmas Celebration in Puerto Rico. Mainly for children for this is when they get their presents supposedly brought by the Wise Men traveling on their camels. But adults celebrate it big as well with a big “fiesta” and lots of food. The cake is a 6 inch strawberry chocolate chip cake done in butter cream; it was made for the Beginners class (3-5 year olds) at my church.
