What a lovely and elegant design on this cake! The original design was all ombre ruffles until the bride saw another cake I made with the quilted ruffle design & loved it. So we combined the 2 techniques & I added the diamond shaped dragees to give it a little bling. The brilliant roses are fresh florals.

Bottom tier is White Velvet with Almond Amaretto filling, second tier up is Red Velvet with Cream Cheese filling, third tier up is Carrot Cake with White Chocolate buttercream filling, & the top tier is Dark Chocolate cake with Peanut Butter filling.
