This is gluten free cake that I made for a customer. The car is of her daughters own car and the model is of her daughter.

The cake is handcarved from a 10 inch gluten free vanilla cake, presented on a hand decorated and airbrushed board. The figure is hand sculpted using a mixture of flowerpaste and modelling chocolate.
