My client gave me a pic, so I can’t take any credit at all for the design of the sheep, all I know is that she is called Dianneh, but she must be a very clever lady.

It was carved from an 18″ × 12″ chocolate cake

There was a wooden armature for the legs.

The head is rice krispie treats, everything was ganached, then I rolled paste and marked the sheep fur using a bone tool.
