Alfons Schubeck is a very famous Chef from Munich / Germany. He also operates an ice cream parlour in the historic centre of Munich, a chocolate shop, a tea shop, his party service, the Orlando Bar as well as a cooking school recognized as “Cooking school 2008” by GaultMillau, as well as – from the depth of his heart and with the greatest passion – a spice shop over several floors. His spice boxes are well known all over Germany!

It was an honor for me to make this little surprise for him… and believe me! It is not easy to meet him personally ;)
He was amazed, and directly wanted to place it in his shop window… I had to advise him that he should first eat his “Spice-boxes” ;)
