This is my first Icing Smiles cake. It is such an honor to be able to do this – just that one sweet smile makes it all worth it!! She is going on a cruise for her make a wish and wants to swim with the dolphins… Bless her heart!!!! The dolphins are chocolate and all other decorations are fondant.
