I love doing frozen cakes, although i havn’t done that many so i get excited when my friends want them for the children!
The weather here in Brisbane has been absolutely horrid! 67% humidity, 38 degrees and storms. The crown that finally made it, as this was the third one i had to make for it and ended up using gumpaste and tylose together to make it stay put, i tried pastillage, but it just dried to quick for handcutting.

But after the dramas, my friend’s little girl adored her cake, which at the end of the day, is what decorator’s aim for.
