It’s not everyday us cake decorators get to make a cake for someone celebrating their 100th birthday! What an absolute honour it was not only to make this British themed ombre cake for this amazing lady, but I got to meet her too! Such a lovely lady! Shame, bless her, she thought the ruffles were made or cardboard – guess cake decorating has come a looooong way in 100 years! Happy Birthday Mrs Ford! you have certainly been loved for 100 years today!
