This is a little cake I made for my first ever demonstration. It was at the Gillingham and Shaftesbury Show a big agricultural event in Dorset. I was in the huge Horticultural Marque I had a mic and was soooo nervous, just as I started it began to rain so I suddenly had a big crowd. It went well after the first 5 mins and I have been asked back next year to do two sessions!
