I think we always do our best, for those closest and dearest to us. Wedding cake for my son and his bride.

3 extended tiers. All tiers layers of mudcake; dark chocolate, caramel and vanilla white. Caramel ganache filling and covered in a light ivory pearlised fondant.
Elevated custom cakestand using a foam dummy, with ribbon, bow and piping to match the brides dress. (The dress featured gorgeous corded, sequinned lace.) Fine elegant cabriole style legs.
A long romantic flowing bouquet featuring Imperial red, ivory and pink roses, lisianthus, red and white freesia, Silver Dollar eucalyptus and jasmine vine.

The venue was a considerable distance with mountainous terrain and some rough dirt/gravel road. I was stoked that my packaging and transport was successful, without and breakage or damage!
