I was very honoured and I have to admit slightly amused when I was recently asked to make the Centenary cake for Great Bowden branch of the Women’s Institute to help them celebrate the recent 100year Anniversary.

The cake is Victoria sponge (naturally) – so I was up against it there……….but with buttercream which is not strictly correct, but was requested so I’m off the hook if its being judged!!

I hope they all had a fantastic evening and here’s to the next 100 years xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
