‪My piece is based on the wonderful art from fellow Austinite Mike Mitchell. I love Mike’s work especially is Marvel series and Food Dudes. One of his signature characters is Skully and Skully likes to cosplay. I recreated Skully Ash as a 3D cake. The head is entirely craved from cake and covered in Satin Ice fondant. Body is RKT covered in fondant. Skeleton arms are Satin Ice gum paste. Detailing was done with airbrush and petal dusts. #‎Sugarspooks2015‬!
