I think it’s fair to say that Steve is a golfing fanatic, so this mammoth 10" zesty lemon cake depicts him on the green in his favourite golfing gear. Steve was sculpted from modelling chocolate and clothed in sugarpaste.

Everything was handmade, including the golf bag and clubs.
