I made this cake for Ireland’s Biggest coffee morning, an annual charity event in aid of hospices throughout Ireland. It was sponsored by Bewley’s coffee….that’s why there were soooooo many coffee beans, hand made icing coffee beans. It’s all cake including the coffee cup, and it was with relief that I stepped away after setting it up and seeing there was no damage even after the hour and a half drive for delivery….shew!
